Your voice is a business.
How talking became my income. An honest story about a guy who couldn't close a single sale, kept talking anyway, and found out the talking was the job all along.

There was no plan
2009. A nursing graduate who couldn't fly abroad ends up in a call center, sure that talking on the phone will be easy. It wasn't. I never closed a single sale, watched my team leader stop believing in me, and quit. Talking wasn't my thing. Noted.
Then a seminar facilitator gave me one word: Toastmasters. A room where I was allowed to be bad out loud. Years later, running a podcast business with a hundred-plus clients, I noticed I'd handed off the editing I was so proud of. What I kept, and what became the business, was the talking.
“I thought the work was the polish. Turns out the work was the conversation.”
