Pitch perfect.
Crafting presentations that drive customer purchases. A half-day, hands-on training for sales teams who present to busy, hard-to-impress clients.

Impress them, craft it, then make it land
I graduated as a nurse, worked in a call center, and was sure my life was too boring to put in front of a room. A three-day seminar in 2011 changed that, and a mentor taught me the secret: you can become who you want if you truly believe it and take action.
Years in Toastmasters, a Train the Trainer certification, and years of pitching clients overseas later, this is what I teach sales teams. It's built for medical reps, sales managers, and anyone who has a few minutes to win someone over. Mostly activities and role play, very little lecture.
“People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
- ImpressingFirst impressions start before you speak. A 30-second pitch game, and a role play that reads the room.
- CraftingKnow your product cold. Teams map needs, benefits, objections and a call to action, then turn hard data into something relatable.
- ImpactingStories, active listening, and coming from a place of help. Each person drafts the story they'll tell their next client.
